GGH members pay monthly dues to help cover costs of server fees, equipment, and anything else the group needs. Are you willing to pay dues each month? *
From time to time we receive requests for lectures, seminars, video documentaries and other media related subjects. Are you willing to be called upon if needed for these certain functions. *

Code of Conduct
Each member of our team must follow strict rules. Please read them over and type in your answer.
You agree not share personal information about our clients to anyone. *
You agree not to discriminate against any client or GGH member. *
You agree that you will not have a personal involvement of any of the GGH members. *
You agree not to use foul language on investigations. *
You agree that the onsite Team Leader(s) makes all decisions concerning the investigation. *
You agree that all investigations you attend will be performed in a courteous and professional manner. *
You agree that you will not litter at any place we are investigating for. *
You agree- NO ALCOHOLIC beverages during or prior to an investigation. *
You agree - NO ILLEGAL DRUGS! *
You agree that there will not be any weapons of any type are to be carried during investigations. *
You agree that there will not be any pranks or practical jokes or disrespect towards others. *
You agree that you will not handle any objects without the owners permission. *
You agree that you will not bash members of this group or any other group on the GGH website or any other website. *
You agree that you are liable to pay for any damaged or broken items that you may have caused at a clients residence. *
You agree that any member that misses three meetings in a row will be put on a Non Active member list and will be only called upon as needed. *
You agree that there will be no smoking during the investigation. *
You agree that you will not perform an investigation without a Team Leader and doing so without permission and falsely using our name without our knowledge is grounds for immediate termination from our group. *
You agree that you will not trespass on any property and use our group name. If this is done you will be terminated from our group. *
We have the right to refuse any applicant we see that is not fit for our team.

Evidence & Journals
Please read over these questions and type in your answer.
You agree that all evidence whether it was captured on your equipment or not is the property of Georgia Ghost Hunters. *
If you have your own equipment you agree that you will turn over a copy (video, pictures, audio) of it to the GGH Team Leader in a one week time period. *
If you have evidence, you agree that you will not post this information on any other website. *
You agree that our clients have a right to their own privacy and you will not share this information with no one, sale it for a profit or include it into any news or media. *
You agree that after each investigation you must write a journal explaining your experiences and do this in a one week time period. *
You agree that any evidence found has to be approved by the Founder or Co-Founder before it can be considered authentic. *
You agree not to take or borrow any of the evidence without the permission of the founder of the group. *
You agree that you will help the group review evidence from any investigation that you attend. *
We have the right to refuse any applicant we see that is not fit for our team.

Equipment & Donations
Please read over these questions and type in your answer.
You agree that all GGH equipment & forms will go home with the Founder of the group. *
You agree that you will be held liable for any broken equipment and will have to pay/replace it. *
You agree that any donated monies or items by you will not be refunded or given back if you are terminated or leave the group of your own free will. *
You agree that all posts, blogs or other donated time and information to the group will not be removed unless found abusive to the site, therefore it will remain on the website if you are terminated from the group. *
You agree that your time with this group is volunteered time and you are not in no way to be paid for any service you commit to this group. *
We have the right to refuse any applicant we see that is not fit for our team.

Legal Documents
Please read over these very carefully.
You agree that GGH, it's website, affiliates, sponsors and clients will not in no way be held responsible for any harm that may come to you or your property. *
You agree that if you accidentally break, damage, dent or lose GGH (Georgia Ghost Hunters) equipment, you agree to replace the item(s) immediately with the exact piece/item that was damaged, broke or lost. *
You agree that you take full responsibility for your participation at any/all GGH investigations, meetings or ghost hunts. You will not hold GGH, their meetup group, their website(s) and the owners of the place of the investigation liable for any injuries *
You are aware that there could be possible hazards at any location that we may investigate. You are attending of your own free will and willing to take the risk. *
You understand that you are about to engage in activities that pose substantial risks or damage and loss of personal property. *
You have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights by signing it and sign it freely and voluntarily. *
